Who Killed Jack the Ripper?

I first made notes for a ‘Ripper’ story some 40 years ago. The reality is that a disorganized serial killer, who lived and worked locally, murdered and mutated destitute middle-aged women after the pubs closed. Jack the Ripper was the creation of media frenzy. The real killer then murdered a young and attractive sex worker. Then the killing spree stops. He wasn’t caught so.. ether he stopped, left, or was murdered.
